Job Info:

- 10 hours or 12 hours per day

Key Responsibilities:
1. Oversee the smooth operation of the Drink stall in the food court or coffee shop, ensuring efficient service and workflow.
2. Manage customer transactions using cash registers or Point-of-Sale (POS) systems, handling various payment methods such as cash, credit cards, coupons, Net cards, and cashless options.
3. Deliver outstanding customer service by maintaining a professional attitude, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly, and adhering to company SOPs for food and beverage preparation and service.
4. Focus on minimizing product wastage to meet gross profit targets, while actively driving sales through upselling and cost control strategies.
5. Monitor inventory levels of both perishable and non-perishable items, place orders through the e-PR system, and conduct monthly stock-takes following the FIFO method.
6. Assist the F&B supervisor with team scheduling, recruitment, training, and development, contribute to creating new in-house products, and ensure compliance with hygiene, health, safety, and licensing standards.
