Job requirements:
- At least 2years of related experience in Beauty & Wellness.
- Liaising with both English and Chinese-speaking customers, knowledge of both Mandarin & English is essential.
- Good initiative, positive attitude and good team player.
- Able to work on retail hours, weekends and public holidays
Job responsibilities:
- To effectively manage daily operations of the outlet.
- To lead and motivate team members.
- Monitor and ensure quality of services are kept and maintained within Company’s directions.
- To provide excellent customer service and to build and establish long-term relationship with our customers.
- Handle inquiries from customers.
- Provide professional advice to customers on suitable products and treatments.
- Update of customers particulars, purchases and treatment records.
- Follow up on client’s after treatment experience.
- Other ad hoc duties assigned by the management from time to time.
- Any other administrative task when required.
