Our healthcare client is seeking a resilient and highly dedicated individual to join their team as a Management Trainee supporting the Secretary team in supporting the senior management by providing full spectrum of logistical,administrative, and personal support thereafter be rotated to other functions in the organisation
Job Description:
- Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and events for the senior management
- Make travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, transportation, and preparing travel itineraries.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
- Maintain an organized filing system for documents, reports, and records.
- Organize and coordinate internal and external events, conferences, and board meetings.
- Build, engage and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Assist in budget management, expense tracking, and financial reporting.
Job Requirement:
- Minimum Degree
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Skills
- No experience required, Training Provided
