Job Summary:
· $2,500 - $3,500
· Mon – Fri; 8:30am -6pm
· Location: West (Pandan Loop)
· AWS + PB + Insurance
Job Responsibilities:
· Handle AP and AR
· Prepare and ensure timely, accurate monthly and yearly report/schedules for management, auditor, and tax agent.
· Compliance with company policy and all statutory filing/standard e.g. IRAS/ACRA/MAS
· Coordinate and liaise with internal parties to support intercompany activities.
· Prepare cash flow forecast budget, and related information for management.
· Preparation of GST quarterly submission
· Other general ad-hoc tasks required.
Additional Information:
· Diploma in Accountancy or ACCA
· At least 2 to 3 years of experience in AP and AR
· Experience with MYOB/ NETVISION will be advantageous but not necessary.
