Responsibilites
• To ensure that the contractor co-ordinates the works of various contractors
• To agree to detailed programmes of work-time chart and representation of site plans
• To check that all necessary drawings and instruction have been given to contractors and authorization obtained, in accordance with the agreed programme
• To check that materials are ordered in good time and permits obtained
• To check that all construction works are carried out in a safe manner, and that the site is kept secure
• To watch for faulty workmanship and materials incorporated in the works and to issue instructions for rectification
Requirements:-
• Recognised Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering with valid RE Accreditation Certificate from IES
• Must have at least 5 years of post graduate experience respectively in supervising building projects.
• Fully conversant with Building Contract Act and Regulations.
• LTA/HDB Experience preferred.
