Four Seasons Durians is a well-established, homegrown F&B family business with a proud 20-year history. We specialize in creating a wide range of durian delicacies, including puffs, cakes, mochi, and more. We’re looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Production Admin to support our operations.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Production Admin, your role will be crucial in maintaining the efficiency of our daily operations. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Customer Interaction: Answering incoming calls, taking messages, and directing calls appropriately.
  • Email Management: Handling and responding to email inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Data Management: Performing accurate data entry and maintaining records.
  • Office Management: Managing office supplies and ensuring the smooth functioning of the office.
  • Order Processing: Accurately processing and ensuring orders are packed according to company standards.

Requirements:

  • Proficient with technology and office software.
  • Fluent in written English.
  • Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • A minimum of 2 years of administrative experience, preferably in the food industry.

Working Hours:

  • 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM (No overtime required)
  • 5-day work week (Monday – Friday)

Additional Information:

  • Salary ranges from $2100 - $2,400, depending on experience.
  • Our office is located at FOOD XCHANGE @ ADMIRALTY, 8A ADMIRALTY STREET 757437. Proximity to the location is an advantage.
