The Management Trainee will provide strategic support in various functions across the departments & group of companies
The trainee will be able to gain valuable hand on experience in daily business operations, admin support and project budget planning.
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- · Providing executive and administrative support to the management and CEO
- · Collecting and analysing data, resources and report to the CEO
- · Providing support to budget planning, payment tracking and profit reporting
- · Participating in strategic planning and implementation of policies and assist management with the implementation of new policies.
- · Assisting in daily business communication and cooperation channels with banks and payment technology companies
- · Overseeing day-to-day office operations, schedule & coordinate meetings and travel arrangements
- · Any ad hoc duties as assigned by the management
REQUIREMENTS
- ·Fresh grad is welcome to apply. Preferably with management, finance, HR or IT related education background
- · Highly organised and detailed-oriented
- · Proficiency in using MS office (Powerpoint, Excel & Word)
- · Team player and able multi-tasking
- · Proficient in English & Mandarin (to liaise with the English & Mandarin speaking associates)
