- Overseeing all kitchen operations.
- Coordinating kitchen staff, and assisting them as required.
- Training staff to prepare and cook all the menu items.
- Taking stock of ingredients and equipment, and placing orders to replenish stock.
- Enforcing safety and sanitation standards in the kitchen.
- Creating new recipes to keep the menu fresh.

- Preparing the food for cooking
- Keeping up with industry trends and creating new recipes with the Sous Chef
- Previous experience in a kitchen environment preferred
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
- Must be able to follow instructions and adhere to food safety guidelines
- Knowledge of kitchen equipment and tools
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Reviewing the menu and doing inventory
- Cook entrees and prepare other menu items such as appetizers, salads, dressings, sauces, and desserts
- Ensure that food is unspoiled and kitchen equipment is functional, ordering supplies and restocking ingredients as needed
- Train new kitchen staff in operations and techniques, providing leadership, guidance, and instruction
- Oversee the cleaning and sanitizing of kitchen equipment and workstations
