JOB DESCRIPTION
1.To provide food services to all guests, internal and external, in a manner that is professional, efficient and friendly
2.Prepare processed food for outlets and customers
3.Prepares all raw cooking materials and all mis-en-place as required
4.Provides functional assistance and direction to the kitchen daily
5.Maintain central kitchen good hygiene standard
6.Prepare orders according to the recipe and ensures that all portioning is correct
Requirements
1.At least 3 to 5 years working experience F&B industry
2.Able to cook Chinese Sichuan mala hot pot etc
3.Must have good communication skills
