Admin executive

Job Description

The Admin Executive will be responsible for providing administrative support to the company's operations and ensuring the smooth functioning of daily office activities. Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Handling office correspondence and communication with clients, suppliers, and internal teams
  • Managing office supplies, equipment, and inventory
  • Coordinating office events and meetings
  • Maintaining and updating office records, databases, and filing systems
  • Providing general administrative support to management and staff as required

Requirements:


  • Minimum N levels.
  • 1-2 years of relevant work experience in an administrative or office support role
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other computer applications
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy
