### **Job Description:**
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Foreman to join our team in Singapore. As a Foreman, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating construction projects, ensuring that they are completed safely, on time, and within budget.
### **Key Responsibilities:**
- Supervise and manage a team of workers on-site.
- Ensure that all construction activities comply with safety regulations and company policies.
- Coordinate tasks according to priorities and plans.
- Monitor attendance, work progress, and productivity of workers.
- Allocate general and daily responsibilities to workers.
- Resolve problems when they arise, reporting any issues to the project manager.
- Manage the inventory of materials and equipment, ensuring that they are available when needed.
- Inspect and review work to ensure it meets quality standards.
- Train and guide workers in their tasks.
- Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and suppliers.
### **Requirements:**
- Proven experience as a Foreman or in a similar supervisory role in construction.
- In-depth knowledge of construction procedures, equipment, and OSH guidelines.
- Ability to read drawings, plans, and blueprints.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- A valid WSQ Supervise Construction Work for WSH (BCSS) certification is preferred.
- Must be physically fit and able to work in various weather conditions.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of other local languages is an advantage.
