Job Description:
- Ensure incoming and outgoing Crewing related invoices.
- Arranging of crew briefing both online and physical office visit.
- Ensure efficiency of crewing functions such as crew changes, recruitment and retention.
- Handling Visas and enduring legislation of crew certification are adhered.
- Support and assist the Crewing Manager/team leader as required.
Check and verify crew qualifications/documentation prior to joining.
Crewing data and information entry into internal system.
Job Requirement:
- Accounting experience is preferred over a background in Crewing.
- Minimally Diploma in any field.
