Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for troubleshooting user PCs, servers, networks, and applications.
- Maintenance of IT infrastructure, including Patching, updating, AV scanning, and backups.
- Provide support to HQ and outlets on troubleshooting, software/hardware installation and configuration, routers and firewalls maintenance, set-up of systems and peripherals within the company
- Assist in setting up IT equipment, and audio/visual equipment for events/new branches.
- Liaise with external vendors to service and support IT infrastructure (Azure/O365/AWS).
- Handle software/hardware purchases, licenses, IT inventory, service contracts, installation, and maintenance
- Coordinate E-Commerce platform integration with ERP & Accounting Software
- Establish and review IT policies and controls to ensure data security and integrity
- Liaise with vendors on IT system integrations, participate in UAT/training for end users
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the Management.
Job Requirements:
- At least 2 years of similar experience with a proven track record
- Possess a Diploma/Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or its equivalent.
- Knowledge and experience in MS Office 365, Teams, Exchange Online, Windows Server administration, Active Directory, System patching
- Knowledge of computer networks, LAN, WAN, PBX, Cabling installation and support, A/V equipment, wireless technology applications and interfaces, and IT security.
- Demonstrate effective problem-solving skills and an adaptable mindset.
- Excellent communication skills, analytical, solution-driven
- Experience in the F&B/Retail industry & ERP, Point of Sale systems will be an advantage
