Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective digital marketing strategies, including eCommerce, online marketplaces, and social media campaigns, to enhance brand visibility, drive conversions, increase traffic, and boost sales.
- Working with the marketing team to execute and oversee strategies across all relevant online platforms, such as sell-in/POS dashboards, customized content (articles, blogs, social media posts), product launches on customer sites, weekly direct email campaigns, and virtual events.
- Manage online order fulfillment, including addressing customer inquiries, tracking orders, and handling after-sales service.
- Create graphic designs and artwork for online platforms and social media. Oversee website development and maintenance, including content management and copywriting. Identify emerging digital marketing trends, evaluate new technologies, and ensure the brand remains at the forefront of industry advancements.
- Research digital trends and develop promotional calendars aligned with current marketing trends.
- Manage the marketing budget, inventory levels, and strive for a positive ROI.
- Regularly analyze and report on performance.
- Collaborate with business units, partners, and third parties throughout various stages of marketing initiatives.
Requirement
- Diploma or Degree in Business / Marketing/ Information Technology, or any relevant field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience Retail Management and/or On-line Marketing.
- Proficiency in website development, Wordpress, Woocommerce, Shopify, HTML, HTML5, Java Script and CSS.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite Photoshop and Illustrator would be an added advantaged
- Knowledge in SEO and Googles Ads management.
