Key Responsibilities:
- HR and IT System Management: Assist with HR tasks (recruitment, onboarding, training) and maintain IT infrastructure (printers, servers, laptops).
- Office Administration and IT Oversight: Manage daily admin tasks, ensure IT needs (internet, troubleshooting), and liaise with IT support.
- Financial, Procurement, and IT Assistance: Use ERP and accounting software for invoicing, purchase orders, payments, and manage IT expenses.
- Process and IT Efficiency: Enhance HR, office, and IT processes for better efficiency and transparency.
- Culture and IT Utilization: Support HR in employee relations and ensure effective use of IT resources.
- Cost-Saving and IT Management: Implement cost-saving measures and optimize IT resources.
- Intern Management and IT Orientation: Assist with intern management and introduce interns to IT systems.
Requirement
- Proven experience in office management with a basic understanding of IT infrastructure.
- Understanding of financial administration, including invoicing and
payment processing. - Independent, proactive, and capable of adapting to evolving company needs.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
