EDP Renewables APAC is one of several subsidiaries of EDP Group, a global leader in the renewable energy sector and one of the world’s largest wind producers. With its headquarters in Singapore, EDP Renewables is the leading sustainable development hub for the Asia Pacific region with activities across nine different markets. Our activities are focused on the design, development, management, and operation of renewable energy sources, namely solar, and wind, as well as new technologies such as storage.
Responsibilities
- As an intern joining our BCS team, you will help plan and execute various internal and external stakeholders management initiatives, which include marketing communications, employee engagement and volunteering events. • Your main tasks will include assisting with event logistics, such as selecting venues, managing vendors, and scheduling.
- You will also help create event materials like invitations, programs, and promotional content, and ensure clear communication with event participants.
- You will work closely with our team to plan and execute strategic initiatives that support our corporate branding, employee value proposition and social impact goals.
- Your work will include conducting desktop research, evaluating event success through feedback and data analysis, and collaborating with other departments.
- Your drive and creativity will be important in developing innovative concepts that engage our target audience and benefit the community.

Learning Outcomes
- You will gain hands-on experience with event management in a corporate setting, learning to track budgets, manage timelines, and coordinate multiple projects. You will assist in preparing post-event reports, analyzing event metrics, and providing recommendations for future improvements.
- This internship will give you valuable insights into brand communications, event management, and social impact initiatives, while also giving you a good opportunity to enhance your organizational and interpersonal skills.
