The Pre-Sales Director will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of our tax solutions across the APMEA region. This role involves leading the pre-sales activities, collaborating closely with sales teams, and engaging with potential clients to demonstrate the value and technical capabilities of our tax solutions. Key Responsibilities:
Leadership and Strategy:
- Develop and execute pre-sales strategies to support sales targets and business objectives across the APMEA region.
- Collaborate with regional sales leaders to align pre-sales activities with market needs and opportunities.
Client Engagement:
- Engage with prospective clients to understand their tax-related challenges and requirements.
- Deliver compelling presentations, product demonstrations, and solution workshops to showcase the value of our tax solutions.
- Address client queries and objections effectively, providing technical and business insights.
Solution Expertise:
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of our tax solutions, including features, functionalities, and competitive advantages.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies in the tax domain.
- Tailor solution demonstrations to highlight relevant features and benefits for different client scenarios.
Collaboration and Communication:
- Work closely with product management and development teams to relay client feedback and market demands.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns, collateral, and case studies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and internal teams.
Sales Support:
- Assist the sales team in responding to RFPs, RFIs, and other client inquiries.
- Develop and deliver customized proposals and solution documents.
- Support sales negotiations with technical insights and solution validation.
Performance Metrics:
- Track and report on pre-sales activities, client engagements, and win/loss analysis.
- Use data-driven insights to refine pre-sales strategies and improve conversion rates.
