We are primarily a fast fashion company at the forefront of the industry, specializing in trendy and affordable apparel. With a growing customer base, we are seeking a motivated Operations Executive who can work independently while also contributing effectively to our team. Main job scope includes order packing, unpacking of shipment and inventory management, as well as other tasks. Our labels include The Fleur Label, nonome and other e-commerce stores.
Responsibilities:
Operations:
- Aid in the packing and shipping of customer orders.
- Assist in inventory management, including sorting, organizing, unpacking shipment, arranging stocks, counting stock and restocking. Kindly note that the Operations Executive will be required to assist in shifting of heavy goods as well
- Contribute to the optimization of logistical processes.
- Collaborate with the team to streamline inventory management practices.
- Supporting livestream sessions’ operations and logistics, including the steam-ironing of clothes etc
- Other duties if required by management
- Working schedule: Weekdays (4.5 days) + Sat (half day). Fully work in office.
Requirements:
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well both independently and in a team environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) will be valued.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities.
