Job Summary: We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Compensation & Benefits Specialist to join our HR team. The specialist will be responsible for overseeing and administering our organization’s compensation & benefits programs and global mobility. This role requires a thorough understanding of compensation and benefits best practices, compliance with regulations, and excellent communication skills to effectively support employees with their compensation and benefits inquiries.
Responsibilities:
Compensation and Benefits Management
- Administer and manage employee compensation and benefits programs, including annual salary review, bonus evaluation, health and wellness plans etc.
- Monitor and analyse compensation and benefits programs to ensure competitiveness and compliance with local regulations.
- Assist in budget planning and forecasting activities relate to compensation & benefits expenses.
- Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers related to compensations, benefits and payroll.
- Assist in developing and updating C&B policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local laws and regulations across the APAC region.
- Monitor industry trends and best practices to recommend improvements to compensation and benefits programs
- Participate in compensation and benefits surveys.
Global Mobility Management
- Manage and coordinate global mobility services, including immigration and remote work support, mobility tax services, and vendor management.
- Work closely with other team members to identify immigration and tax requirements for new markets and improve programs, policies, and the general administration of the mobility process
- Work closely with external tax consultants to ensure tax compliances of international assignees across APAC region.
Payroll Management
- Manage regional payroll processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local regulations.
- Coordinate with finance and HR teams to streamline payroll operations and resolve any discrepancies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree of any discipline is preferred.
- Proven experience as a Compensation & Benefits Specialist or in a similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of compensation and benefits regulations and best practices.
- Good experience with payroll systems and processes
- Numerically astute, highly proficient in MS Excel, possesses excellent analytical, communication and organisational skills.
