Responsibilities/Job Description:
• Handle customers, whether walk-in, repeated customers, or through online channels such as
Whatsapp, Social Media etc.
• Handle work such as installation of security systems, solar panel related works, electrical works and other adhoc administrative
duties (Autocad drawing, sending quotations and invoices, create catalogs etc)
• Follow up with sales leads with the aim to convert.
