Position Title: Food Services Operations Manager
Location: Singapore
Job Responsibilities:
- Operations Management:Oversee daily operations of the food services department, ensuring service quality and operational efficiency.
Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to meet company standards and regulations.
Supervise and coordinate the work of various departments to ensure smooth task completion.
- Team Management:Recruit, train, and manage the food services team, ensuring employees have the skills and knowledge required for their roles.
Conduct performance evaluations, provide feedback and improvement suggestions, and motivate team members to enhance performance.
- Customer Service:Ensure high levels of customer service, address customer complaints and issues, and enhance customer satisfaction.
Monitor customer feedback, identify opportunities for service improvement, and implement corrective actions.
- Financial Management:Manage department budgets, control operational costs, and achieve financial goals.
Perform financial analysis, monitor sales data, and develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and reduce costs.
- Supply Chain Management:Oversee procurement and inventory management of raw materials and supplies, ensuring efficient supply chain operations.
Build and maintain good relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and quality control.
- Quality Control:Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards, maintaining good food quality records.
Implement quality control checks and audits to ensure consistency and high standards in service and products.
- Project Management:Manage the implementation of new projects, including new store openings and business improvements.
Develop project plans, coordinate resources, and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
Requirements:
- Education and Experience:Diploma or higher qualification, preferably in Hospitality Management, Food Science, or related fields.
At least 5 years of management experience in the food services industry, with experience in restaurant or hotel operations preferred.
- Skills and Abilities:Strong operations management and team leadership skills.
Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.
Strong financial management and analytical skills.
- Language Requirements:Fluent in English; proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage.
- Other Requirements:Good organizational and project management skills.
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment with a high level of responsibility and execution.
