- Assess based on the scheme’s eligibility criteria, whether the applicant is eligible for financial assistance; and if so, to recommend the amount and duration of assistance for the child;
- Navigate through different systems to process online applications received;
- Manage appeals from applicants who do not qualify for the assistance, and attend to queries about the scheme from parents and members of the public, child care centre operators, social workers and other relevant parties;
- Authenticate survey response and Conduct Telephone Survey
- Verification of information in case files
- Collation of data
- Reporting of findings in power point and excel format
Requirements:
- Singaporean
- Degree
- Familiar with and able to use IT systems and processes confidently;
- Has good knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel;
- Able to work both independently and be a team player to deliver prompt service.
