Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Strong ability to lead, plan and execute job expectation including packing & production planning, monitoring, adhering to policies and procedures.
- Coordinate with relevant party to ensure smooth daily operations
- To handle customer’s enquiry and resolve any potential issue with their orders
- Updating of relevant information including job status update from respective operation(s) to all operative & administrative staffs
- Maintains inventory by conducting monthly physical counts; reconciling variances; inputting data
- Maintains safe and clean work environment by educating and directing personnel on the use of all control points, equipment, and resources
- Maintains working relationship able to resolves personnel problems by analyzing data; investigating issues; identifying solutions; recommending action.
- Maintains professional and contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- To enforce compliance to the warehouse procedures and safety and 5S.
- Manage stock control: daily to weekly, cycle counting, full physical counts.
- To lead and motivate staff to achieve company's, supplier's and customer's objectives
- Responsible for the man-management and efficiency of warehousing operations
Requirements:
· Minimum 1 years of related working experiences.
· Excellent knowledge in all aspect of operations (booking, documentation & customs clearance processes in both import & export cargo).
· Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all level of the organization.
· Strong team player & good organizational skills.
· Self-motivated, strong desire to learn.
· Required language(s) – Chinese & English – in order to liaise with Chinese speaking customers.
