- Assist in the seamless operation of the clinic, ensuring a welcoming environment for patients.
- Provide compassionate and attentive service to all individuals, addressing their needs with kindness and care.
- Execute various administrative duties including: - Appointment scheduling, Dispensing herbal medicines, Collecting payments, Preparing and organizing treatment rooms
Qualifications & Experience:
- Possess a compassionate and service-oriented mindset, dedicated to aiding individuals on their wellness journey.
- Demonstrated trustworthiness and integrity, embodying high ethical standards in all actions.
- Exhibit patience and meticulous attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and thoroughness in all tasks.
- Previous experience in healthcare administration or customer service roles is advantageous.
