Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in monitoring and managing the firm’s exposure to various risks, including market, operational, and compliance risks.
- Conduct risk assessments and help develop strategies to mitigate potential risks.
- Support the development and maintenance of risk management frameworks and policies.
- Analyze market data and trading activities to identify and report potential risk factors.
- Collaborate with trading, compliance, and other teams to ensure a holistic approach to risk management.
- Assist in preparing risk reports for senior management and stakeholders.
- Stay updated on industry developments, regulatory changes, and best practices in risk management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Risk Management, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Strong academic background and/or relevant internship experience in finance, risk management, or a similar area.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
- Interest in cryptocurrency markets and blockchain technology.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with data analysis tools.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
