To perform general accounting functions and handling full set accounts including preparation of monthly management reports.
Designated areas of accountings functions include:
- Perform Daily Closing Interface from SMART to GP
- Process Student Refunds, Petty Cash Replenishment and Payroll Claims
- Reconcile Monthly Accrual, AR, Deposit Payables, RIA and Overpayment
- Upload GIRO Collection via DBS IDEAL
- Intercompany Billings
- Accounts Payables Processing
- Fixed Assets Management
- Inventory Management
- Prepare Required Journal Entry to Facilitate Monthly Closing
- Prepare Monthly Audit Schedules
- Perform Bank Reconciliation
- Prepare Quarterly GST Return
- Liaise with Auditors on Annual Field Audit
- Assist in Audit/Tax Queries
- Any Other Assignments
Requirements
- Degree in Accounting with 3 years' relevant experience
- Meticulous, organized, committed and a good team player
- Able to work under pressure and adhere to tight deadlines
- Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamic GP System will be added advantage
- Knowledge of MS Office applications
