- Liaise with Project, Installation, Testing & Commissioning on quality and technical matters.
- Liaison with Service on quality and technical matters.
- Conduct Annual Statutory Testing (No Load Test and Full Load Test) accordance to local legislation and Schindler standards (SS550 and EN81).
- Perform basic statutory administration process (e.g. Filling up the test report).
- Perform Basic troubleshooting and repair of the elevator and escalator.
- Ensure all work process comply with quality, environment and safety procedures and requirement
- Clear the non-conformance (NC) immediately when spotted.
- Highlight non-compliance and defect found during quality inspection to Product Safety Engineer and Service Leader.
