Job Description:
This is a full time role for an Account Executive located in Outram. Our client is one of the construction companies and you will be taking the responsibility of preparing tax invoices, credit notes, and debit notes, along with managing petty cash and handling various financial documents like receipts, outgoing vouchers, and journal vouchers. The responsibilities also include preparing Giro application forms for customers and vendors, remittance application forms for the bank, and letter of credit application forms. Additionally, the role manages stationery and paper apportionment, attends to queries from the Department of Statistics, and performs other ad-hoc duties as needed.
Qualifications:
- Diploma in Accounting / Accountancy (LCC Level 3 / equivalent)
- Familiar with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
- Familiar with Microsoft Dynamics 365 is an added advantage
