Purpose and Scope
· Responsible in creating & mapping solutions needed for Asset Transformation through digital transformation.
· Responsible to support solution implementation and site management.
Key Roles and Responsibilities
· Develop and implement action plans according to the product roadmap, ensuring timely and effective execution.
· Conduct regular technical reviews to assess product performance and identify areas for improvement
· Collect and analyze stakeholder’s feedback, and continuously optimize the user experience and interface design of the product.
· Collect data and analyze user behavior and project outcome using data analysis tools.
· Continuously optimize product functions and user experience through data-driven decision-making.
· Help organizations implement industry-leading technologies and business optimization solutions for present and future needs
· Coordinate with vendors/ developers to execute asset transformation projects and integrate the new technologies
· Work with stakeholders to understand existing business processes and contribute to new processes and system designs
· Work closely with IT teams, business analysts, and other departments to ensure smooth digital adoption.
· Provide technical support and training to end-users on new digital tools and workflows.
· Troubleshoot technical issues arising during the transformation process.
· Perform other duties as assigned
· Lead or support other projects and tasks as may be required from time to time
Challenges
· Coordinating between multiple stakeholders and conflict management
Qualification, Skills and Experience
· Degree in Engineering
· Good understanding of overall maintenance and engineering practices in a power plant
· Preferably minimum 3 years’ experience in operation and maintenance environment in power plant or chemical industry.
