Job Description:
This is a full time role for Accounts (Full Sets) located in Sin Ming Ln. Our client is the leading supplier for photocopier consumables and parts. Your responsibilities include managing accounts, ensuring timely monthly, quarterly, and yearly closings, and handling HR and administrative tasks. You will monitor cash flow, prepare reports, assist with audits and government grants, and coordinate with the purchase and sales departments. Additionally, you will manage accounts receivable and payable, oversee credit control and tax filings, liaise with bankers, and process payroll. Knowledge of the Navision system is preferred.
Qualifications:
- 1 year relevant experience
- Diploma in Accounting
