Senior Accounting Executive
Job Description & Requirements
Responsibilities :
- · Responsible in handling a full set of accounts.
- . Able to lead a team to ensure AP & AR activities are performed correctly, timely, and monthly closing.
- · Handle AP functions – manage payment processing of suppliers, expense claims,
- 3rd party and inter-company invoices. Payment processing by BIB plus banking.
- Maintain and update the data in the A/P Nav System.
- · Handle AR functions – manage payment received from customers, and issue monthly statements of Accounts and credit notes. Maintain and update the data in the A/R Nav System.
- · Responsible for updating salesperson commission and updating salesperson upon payment received.
- · Monitor the bank’s book daily.
- · Reconcile Bank statement.
- · Perform proper daily document filing and control.
- · Ad-hoc duties assigned by the company.
Job requirements: -
- · Love problem solving, Love Sharing, Mature, responsible, take ownership and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- · Flexible, supportive, and be able to multitask.
- · Proficient in the use of Microsoft skills, especially Excel.
- · Min. basic knowledge of accounting.
- · All responsibilities assigned will be applied to 5 subsidiary company.
- Carrier Level: Senior Executive (min. 4 yr experience)
- Qualification: Higher Secondary /Pre-U/A Level, Professional Certificate/NITEC, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma.
