Responsible
- Provide Costing Analysis for each Project.
- Obtaining cost price comparisons from craftsmen and suppliers (at least three prices)
- Manage current payment claims and review all bills from subcontractors and suppliers before sending them to the General Manager for verification.
- Monitor quotations from craftsmen during construction so as not to exceed the contract budget.
- Make briefings related to BQ with the design and project 'team' before entering the site for each project.
