Product Roadmap: Design Thinking or innovative thinking while conducting workshops with stakeholders to groom the product thinking. Develop and maintain a product roadmap that outlines key features, enhancements, and milestones. Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders (marketing, sales, customer service, and design) to gather and document detailed product requirements. Conduct customer interviews, surveys, and usability studies to understand user needs and preferences.

Customer Experience and Engagement: Skills in enhancing customer experience and loyalty. Expertise in customer feedback mechanisms and CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems. Experience with community building and managing customer relationships
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Product Owner or in a similar product management role, preferably in the beauty, fashion, or Retail and CPG/eCommerce industries.
Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the beauty, fashion, and retail market, including trends, customer behavior, and competitive landscape.
Technical Skills: Proficiency with product management tools and familiarity with agile development methodologies.
