About the role
When looking for a solution for a problem, knowing the law is only half of the equation.
Reporting to the Regional Ethics & Compliance Director in our Asia-Pacific office, this role aims to impart you with a practical experience to deal with the practice of compliance.
This role will support the implementation of the CEVA Compliance program across Asia-Pacific and ensure CEVA's compliance with E&C regulations, principles, and standards in Asia-Pacific.
This 6-month full-time internship commences Dec 2024/Jan 2025.
What you will be doing
Principal Responsibilities
- Assisting in the implementation of CEVA Compliance Program in APAC
- Brainstorming, sourcing, and implementing solutions to improve compliance processes such as Trade Compliance, Regulatory Compliance and Governance
- Driving Asia-Pacific’s Ethics & Compliance innovation
- Assisting in the preparation of Standard Operating Procedures
- Raising the visibility of the Ethics & Compliance department and educating our internal clients
The successful candidate
Essential
- Undergraduate Degree in the relevant area, including Law or Compliance
- General knowledge in Ethics & Compliance ie. Anti-Bribery and Anti-Corruption internal laws, Trade Compliance, Data Privacy and Competition Laws in Asia-Pacific
- Proactive, collaborative, meticulous and eager to learn
