Role Overview:
As an Operations Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our office and supporting our team in various administrative tasks. You will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, coordinating and providing administrative support to ensure the effective functioning of BST’s activities.
Key Responsibilities:
· Manage daily office operations, including scheduling meetings, handling correspondence, and maintaining office supplies.
· Assist in the coordination and execution of company events, meetings, and conferences.
· Assist in financial tasks such as processing invoices, expense reports, and tracking budgets.
Candidate Profile:
· Education: Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field.
· Experience: Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or operations role, preferably within a corporate or technology environment.
· Skills:
o Strong willingness to learn
o Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
o Good communication and interpersonal skills.
o Good in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with office management software.
