- Conduct assessments for patient's pre-admission
- Conduct periodic reviews with suitable therapy treatments for Holistic Individual Care Plan with children
- Participate in multidisciplinary case discussions
- Plan and execute therapy programme and activities for Children
- Review and revise programme schedule for therapy program with proper documentation
- Foster close and warm relationships with children’s families and caregivers
Job Requirements:
- Singaporeans Only
- Bachelor degree / Diploma in Occupational Therapy
- Full registeration with APHC
- Minimum 3 years clinical experience in a hospital setting, or relevant
- Proactive and self motivated
- 2 working days per week (weekdays ONLY) [9am-6pm]
- Convertible to Full time position
