Event Coordination:
- Assist in the planning and execution of various events, including courses, activities, workshops and celebrations.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure event logistics run smoothly.
- Manage event budgets, timelines, and resources.
Administrative Support:
- Handle general office tasks such as filing, data entry, and document management.
- Maintain accurate records and databases related to events and projects.
- Prepare and distribute meeting materials, agendas, and minutes.
Communication:
- Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and participants to co-ordinate event details.
- Respond to inquiries and provide information to event attendees.
Project Management:
- Assist in the development and implementation of project plans.
- Track project progress and report on key milestones.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven experience in an administrative or event coordination role.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A passion for event planning and coordination.
