Role Overview:
As a Junior QA Engineer, you will be an integral part of our development team, ensuring that our software products are of the highest quality before they reach our clients. You’ll work closely with experienced QA Engineers and developers to learn the ropes and gain hands-on experience in the exciting field of software testing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gain experience by participating in review of requirements and design documents to understand testing needs
- Assist in creating and managing comprehensive test plans and cases
- Get hands-on experience by designing, developing, and executing automated test scripts using various tools
- Identify, document, track and resolve bugs
- Support regression testing to ensure that bugs are resolved
- Learn to track and analyze quality metrics
- Stay current with new testing tools and methods to continuously improve your skills
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Internship or project experience in software testing is required
- Passion for software quality and attention to detail
- Eager to learn and adapt to new tools and methods
- Team player with good communication skill
