Lead Infrastructure Architecture (FinTech/ Central/ Attractive Bonus)

Responsibility:
- Collaborate with the Head of Infrastructure to develop and implement technology policies and procedures that align with technology platform requirements, information security, and regulatory standards such as TRMG and PSN06.
- Ensure prompt resolution of day-to-day production issues related to infrastructure systems, adhering to agreed-upon internal and external SLAs.
- Oversee project management for both internal and third-party projects, ensuring delivery within scope, timeline, and budget.
- Oversee and prioritize IT infrastructure design, maintenance, development, and evaluation. Establish, maintain, and enforce baseline security standards for IT infrastructure.
- Monitor and execute technology refreshes for IT infrastructure equipment critical to payment systems.
- Lead the delivery of 24/7 service operations, setting metrics, KPIs, and service level agreements to enhance IT infrastructure performance.
- Supervise data center operations, including production planning, change controls, archiving, and capacity planning.
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, particularly other technology departments, to define and implement infrastructure support initiatives that ensure consistent service efficiency and effectiveness.
- Co-lead a team of Infrastructure Data Center, Server, Storage, Database, and Network Engineers, ensuring effective management and support of the organization’s infrastructure operations.
- Contribute to IT strategic planning, infrastructure design, project planning, and budget planning.
- Analyze technology trends and develop infrastructure strategies, architectures, and delivery processes that are agile and cost-effective. Plan and track annual departmental budgets.
Requirement:
- Min 8 years of experience in medium to large organizations and min 5 years of senior leadership experience managing a complex production infrastructure environment.
- Degree in computer science/ Computer Engineering or related certifications.
- Extensive knowledge of data center operations, telecommunications, network engineering, data center applications, client/server computing, and production operations support.
- Experience with comprehensive disaster recovery architecture and operations, including capacity, redundancy, monitoring, and highly available server and network architectures.
- Strong background in process management, quality assurance, incident and problem management, as well as vendor management and support outsourcing.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, maintaining a high level of professionalism in interactions with stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience with implementing Singapore payments industry regulatory requirements and cyber hygiene practices, and executing large-scale tech refreshes, migrations, or data center setup projects.
