Technical Expert-Electrical System/Project Electrical Engineer

Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for establishing and maintaining the engineering standards of Power supply, Electrical safety, Generator and UPS, to guide the URS, construction and acceptance standards in companies.
2. Review the relevant URS and SOP in projects and companies, to ensure the management process in different sites integrated into WuXi Biologics standard.
3. Be proficient in the latest version in local and international of the relevant rules & regulations, the technology in the industries, ensure that the equipment systems meet the basic requirements, and seek the latest and optimal solutions in companies.
4. Identify from Quality & EHS and control the critical process and parameter of the equipment systems, take participate in the investigation of critical deviations and evaluation of major changes in companies.
5. Participate in the design and execution of the upgrade or expansion projects in companies.
6. Participate in the capability evaluation and operation review to the existing equipment systems in companies.
7. Responsible for relevant EHS audit, energy management and energy saving projects in companies.
8. Responsible for Project BU packages and interface management, site installation supervision, commissioning and start up management.
9. Fully in compliance with requirements of WuXi Biologics EHS, compliance, Quality, policies, SOPs.
10. Other ad hoc tasks as required by department and company.

Requirements:

1. Over 8 years working experience in relevant industry
2. Professional experience in design or project management
3. Self-initiative, independent and goal-oriented way of working
4. Familiar with office software, AUTOCAD and others necessary software, a certain level of English.
5. Bachelor degree or above in engineering, major in electrical, automation or related.
6. Good cooperation and communication skills, and willing to travel for short-term business trips both domestically and internationally.
7. Expert from design Institute engineering company, or chief engineer of pharmaceutical company and equipment manufacturer.
