Responsibilities:
- Design and develop custom workflows using ServiceNow Flow Designer to automate tasks and processes related to incident management and catalog requests.
- Utilize Catalog Item Builder to create and manage catalog items, ensuring a user-friendly experience for requesting services.
- Leverage ServiceNow Scripting (Glide) to enhance functionalities and tailor the platform to meet specific business needs.
- Integrate ServiceNow with external systems using REST APIs, ensuring seamless data exchange and automated workflows.
- Collaborate with IT operations, business analysts, and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into effective ServiceNow configurations.
- Perform thorough testing of developed workflows and integrations to ensure functionality and stability.
- Document developed solutions clearly and concisely for future reference and maintainability.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest ServiceNow features and best practices.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5+ years of experience developing on the ServiceNow platform.
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow Flow Designer, Catalog Item Builder, and Scripting (Glide).
- Familiarity with REST API concepts and experience with integrating ServiceNow with external systems.
- Experience with incident management processes within ServiceNow.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- A passion for continuous learning and staying updated with the ServiceNow ecosystem.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certified ServiceNow System Administrator (CSA) or Certified Application Developer (CAD).
