- Liaise with suppliers and Main contractors on costing, quotation
- Liaise and coordinate with Project Managers
- Able to read drawings and prepare bill of quantities (BOQ) which involves quantity take-off, measuring and estimating materials and labour costing (if applicable).
- Compile, save quotations and provide Competitive Bidding
- Follow up procurement, vendor on deliveries to ensure delivery target is met
- Ensure the Project Monitoring list accuracy and updated at all times
- Support QS Team and any ad-hoc jobs/duties assigned
- Ensure KPI target is achieved.
- Site supervision to ensure quantity are accurately recorded
- Proficiency in Glodon software
