For our Food & Beverage (F&B) company named as Hong Kong Cha Kee Pte Ltd, looking for a person for the position of CEO who encompasses a broad range of responsibilities that drive the overall direction and success of the business.

Here are key roles and responsibilities:


1. Strategic Leadership

Vision and Mission: Define and communicate the company's vision, mission, and strategic goals.

Long-term Strategy: Develop and implement long-term strategies for growth, expansion, and sustainability.

Market Positioning: Ensure the company is well-positioned in the market and adapts to industry trends.

2. Financial Oversight

Profitability: Monitor financial performance, ensuring profitability and cost-efficiency.

Budgeting: Oversee the development and management of the company's budget.

Investment Decisions: Make strategic investment decisions that align with the company's goals.

3. Operations Management

Supply Chain and Production: Ensure efficient operations, including sourcing, production, and distribution of food and beverage products.

Quality Control: Maintain high standards of quality and safety in all aspects of production and service.

Technology Integration: Leverage technology to optimize operations, including inventory management and customer service.

4. Brand and Marketing Management

Brand Development: Build and maintain a strong brand identity and reputation.

Marketing Strategies: Develop and oversee marketing and advertising strategies to increase brand visibility and customer engagement.

Customer Experience: Focus on enhancing the customer experience, both online and offline.

5. Human Resources Leadership

Team Building: Recruit, develop, and retain top talent across the organization.

Company Culture: Foster a positive and inclusive company culture that aligns with the company’s values.

Employee Engagement: Implement policies that promote employee satisfaction, productivity, and well-being.

6. Stakeholder Management

Investor Relations: Communicate with shareholders, investors, and the board of directors regarding the company’s performance and strategic direction.
