Job Summary：
Head of Facility Engineering, be responsible for facility engineering in Global engineering, support project delivery, lead or support local engineering team and system set up, lead global engineering CoE and ESG deployment, develop global engineering standards; Project Director of WuXi Biologics Tuas project, be responsible for project delivery on schedule, within budget, in compliance with requirements of safety, quality, related standards and regulations.
Responsibilities：
- Team management, training and development, budget control, support capital projects including development of URS for utilities and facility (U&F), design input and review, U&F system delivery, commissioning, and qualification
- Lead or support local engineering team and system set up, training and development, and localize team to site with project delivery
- Lead or support new sites engineering operation readiness, management system set up, start up and operation management during project implementation
- Lead the creation of engineering standard, ESG strategy development and deployment with Corporate ESG and SEM, energy performance indicator set up and maintenance, engineering information sharing, promote standardized global engineering standard and system
- Support global engineering project management set up and continuously improvement
- Singapore Tuas project management tram set up, organization design, cross function resource coordination, resource, and expatriate plan.
- Project cost estimate and continuously optimization, support business case model optimization to meet corporate strategy and planning
- Project budget application and control, develop cost estimate with project design progress and update to project steering committee regularly, update design and cost estimate to meet target budget in business case model
- Ensure project is fully in compliance with local regulations, permitting, EHS and Quality
- Lead project management including EHS, security, permitting, planning, procurement, design, construction, project control, quality control, acceptance and handover, deliver project on schedule, within budget, in compliance with requirements of safety, quality, related standards, regulations, and user requirements
Requirements：
Education:
- A Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in an engineering-related field.
Experience:
- At least 18 years of relevant work experience, with a minimum of 15 years in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Proven track record in leadership roles, managing teams, and driving projects to successful completion.
Problem Solving and Innovation:
- Experience in leading the analysis of diverse and complex issues, identifying root causes, and implementing innovative, scalable solutions.
- Skilled in leveraging data analysis to drive decision-making and problem resolution at a high level.
