Responsibilities
- Collaboration with Key Teams: Work closely with the Trading team, including the Head of Crude and Products, as well as the Operations, Middle Office, Finance, and Administration teams.
- Inquiry and Troubleshooting Response: Provide swift responses to inquiries and troubleshooting requests to ensure smooth operations.
- Trade and Operation Capture: Ensure accurate and timely entry and management of trade and shipping information by traders and shipping operators within the ETRM system.
- Invoicing Management: Oversee and ensure the Back Office team manages invoicing processes efficiently and in a timely manner.
- Financial Reporting Support: Assist in accounting and financial reporting processes related to periodical reporting requirements.
- ETRM Analytics and Reporting: Provide advanced analytics and reporting using data from the ETRM system to support periodical reporting needs.
- ETRM System Development: Collect user feedback to drive improvements in the ETRM system, leading development projects as needed. Additionally, maintain communication with the relevant team in the company's headquarters in Tokyo and develop strong relationships with Management teams in Singapore.
Requirements
Non-experienced candidates are welcomed to apply!
- Minimally a Bachelor's Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Information Technology, Finance, etc.
- Candidates with 1 - 2 years of working experience in the oil & gas trading industry (mainly in trading support, operations or system support) will have an added advantage
- Proficient in Ms Office suite, specifically Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- It will be advantageous to have experience or knowledge in Entrade or other ETRM packages
- Any experience in development/management/improvement of IT application other than ETRM will be also an advantageous
