Job Description & Requirements
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior AI/ML Engineer to join our innovative team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning (AI/ML) with specific expertise in Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Large Language Models (LLMs), and Generative AI. This role is crucial to the development of cutting-edge AI solutions that will drive our business forward.
Key Responsibilities:
- AI/ML Development: Design, develop, and implement AI/ML models and algorithms, with a focus on RAG, LLMs, and Generative AI.
- Model Optimization: Optimize and fine-tune AI models to improve accuracy, efficiency, and scalability.
- Research & Innovation: Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI/ML, especially in the areas of LLMs, RAG, and Generative AI, and apply them to our projects.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including data scientists, software engineers, and product managers to integrate AI solutions into our products and services.
- Data Management: Manage large datasets used for training AI/ML models, ensuring data quality and integrity.
- Deployment: Deploy and monitor AI models in production environments, ensuring they perform as expected and adjusting as needed.
- Documentation & Reporting: Document processes, models, and findings; provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders.
Mandatory Skills:
- Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning (AI/ML): Extensive experience in developing and deploying AI/ML models.
- Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG): Hands-on experience with RAG techniques to enhance model performance and accuracy.
- Large Language Models (LLMs): Proficiency in working with and fine-tuning LLMs, such as GPT, BERT, or similar models.
- Generative AI: Expertise in designing and implementing Generative AI models, including GANs, VAEs, or other generative techniques.
- Programming: Strong proficiency in Python and relevant AI/ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Data Handling: Experience with big data technologies and tools like Hadoop, Spark, or equivalent.
- Cloud Platforms: Experience with deploying AI/ML models on cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Version Control & CI/CD: Proficient in using Git and CI/CD pipelines for efficient model deployment and management.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Educational Background: A Master's or PhD in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in AI/ML, with a proven track record of successful projects.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem-Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex problems and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Certifications:
certification on Machine Learning is mandatory
Generative AI with LLM certification is mandatory
PCPP1 & PCPP2 certification required
