Reporting to: Senior Finance Manager
Key Responsibilities:
- Daily checking of invoices and receipts, and posting of purchase orders.
- Computation of inventory purchase rebates.
- Submission of sales reports to landlords.
- Monitoring inventory movement and conducting monthly stock reconciliations.
- Performing regular inventory audits to identify discrepancies and resolve issues.
- Conducting yearly stock counts.
- Maintaining comprehensive records of inventory transactions, including purchases, sales, and adjustments.
- Ensuring all inventory-related documentation is accurate, complete, and compliant with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
- Maintaining a well-organized filing system for easy retrieval of inventory-related documents.
- Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, such as boutiques and operations, to optimize inventory-related workflows.
- Handling ad-hoc duties and tasks as assigned.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Diploma in any discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in inventory accounting.
- Experience in luxury retail is advantageous.
- Strong background in both inventory management and accounting.
- Meticulous, detailed, and careful.
- Pleasant personality with good interpersonal and communication skills.
- A good team player.
Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:30 PM
- Off days: Saturday & Sunday
