- Industry/ Organization Type: Manufacturer - Paint
- Position Title: Production Technician / Color Matcher Technician
- Working Location: Benoi (Transport provided)
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday (8 am to 5.30 pm)
- Salary Package: Up to $2500 + OT + AWS
- Duration: Permanent Role
Key Responsibilities
- Manage paint preparation, including requesting and repacking into specified can sizes.
- Perform colour matching according to established water-based and solvent-based paint guidelines.
- Adjust colours within set guidelines to refine recipes.
- Create precise and repeatable colour recipes.
- Prepare wet and dry paint samples as requested.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the laboratory (5S standards).
- Comply with all safety regulations and laboratory procedures.
- Collaborate with logistics, warehouse operations, and merchandising teams.
- Assist lab technicians and provide additional support as needed.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as required.

- Possess extensive knowledge of colour theory and paint properties.
