Responsibilities
- Manage the full spectrum of employee lifecycle from recruitment and selection, onboarding and offboarding, performance management, employee relations, staff wellness, etc.
- Implement manpower planning and resourcing strategies to identify and hire quality candidates to meet the manpower needs.
- Manage sponsorship and scholarship for nurses, allied health and pharmacists.
- Responsible for budget planning and tracking, manpower billing, verifications and payment.
- Prepare weekly/monthly HR related reports for management and reporting.
- Provide sound HR advice and forward-looking solutions to the Leads and line managers.
- Provide day-to-day performance management guidance to the Leads and line managers that contribute towards a professionally conducted annual Total Performance Management Exercise.
- Work actively with the relevant Centres of Excellence in the review of HR policies, programs and processes.
- Any other duties which may be assigned from time to time.
Requirements
- A good degree, preferably in human resource or business related field.
- At least 5 years of relevant HR working experience. Experience in healthcare will be an added advantage.
- Excellent interpersonal and communications skills.
