Responsibilities:
- Work with the Head of HR for APAC as a strategic partner to the stakeholders
- To support on all HR related matters in the region in consultation with the HR Team (Headquarter).
- In a regional capacity, ensures the effective management of people-related planning, employee issues, processes, and initiatives in alignment with best practices while engaging with senior stakeholders
- Partners with local business units HR managers to accomplish HR objectives
- Work as the project lead on global HR initiatives and work with the country HR teams to suppor implementation and change plans
- Supports talent identification and retention, talent management, succession planning, performance management, recruitment and organisation development to deliver strong HR processes for the region
- Work with the country teams to identify training needs and with global teams to leverage support, guidance and implementation
- Coordinate with the headquarter on the annual compensation and bonus processes, consolidating and reviewing submissions at the regional level, and analysing the overall data
- Use data from HRIS, People Surveys and market intelligence, combined with personal influence to inform decision making and provide business insight, to make positive changes
- HR reporting: runs value-added HR reports and converts data into insights to support proposals and influence people matters to solve business challenges or opportunities
Requirements:
- Possess a Bachelor degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or equivalent
- At least 5-7 years of working experiences in HR field, with Regional background will be an advantage
- Experience in HR business partnering is an advantage
- **Must have at least 2 years of experience in a regional role (APAC)
- Strong background in compensation and benefits, performance management and HR project Management;
- Possess a high level of integrity, discretion and well-versed in local employment laws;
- Team player, self-driven and be prepared to be operationally hands on where necessary;
- Strong sense of urgency, high adaptability, resourceful and independent mindset;
- Good writing, presentation, interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to present complex, strategic ideas or concepts in a convincing and inspiring manner;
- Good command in multiple languages as the job requires to communicate and prepare documents to serve the different target reading groups
- Able to start work within short notice.
